Comments: | You have a great sight Stephen. My Dad served on LST 635 in "44 & "45. I have just started to research his career. Dad died in "77. I enjoyed reading the "shellback story" and I remember my Dad talking about it. One of the few items I have is the official rolled up document he received after his initiation. It is quite impressive. It is about 12" by 20" and printed in color. Keep up your good work. |
